Directions to 216 Earls Rd
From I-95:

Take exit 67 for MD-43 E/White Marsh Blvd, go for 2.8 mi

LEFT onto Crossroads Cir, go 0.7 mi

LEFT at T onto Bengies Rd, go 0.3 mi
-
RIGHT at T onto Earls Rd, go 0.3 mi
-
216 Earls Rd entrance on the Right
** DO NOT take any directions that put you on Ebenezer Rd, trucks are restricted, unsafe turns **

Entering / Leaving the Yard
Entering:
- Pullup within safe distance of keypad
- Keypad is on yellow post
- Put in your assigned code,
followed by #
- Keypad will beep once on success
- If having an issue, call 443-785-7537
- Wait for gate to fully open, then slowly enter the facility
** Speed Limit is 10 MPH **
** Speeding will result in fine or termination **
** Do NOT block the gate at any time **
** Please allow incoming traffic thru gate 1st **
** Wait for gate to open before passing thru **
Leaving:
- Please allow incoming vehicles in 1st, so we do not block Earls Rd
- Pull up to within 3-5 ft of gate, gate will sense vehicles and open
- If leaving on foot, there is a keypad on the side of the building, can open gate using exit code (your normal code will not work) - check your rental instructions for the current code or text/call 443-785-7537 for a current exit code
Finding Your Spot & Parking
- Speed limit is 10MPH, if exceed, fines or termination
- Space numbers are painted on concrete blocks
- Painted yellow lines are edges of the space
- Back up carefully and fully within your assigned space
- Park your vehicles only in your space
- If someone is in your space, call us and send a photo

Parking Lot Rules

Please read your license agreement, it has a more thorough and complete list of rules that you agree to if you have space with us

Speed limit is 10 MPH. We will fine ($50) or terminate the license holder for speeding

If dumpster is full, do NOT put any items in the dumpster that will stick over the top of dumpster AT ALL (not even cardboard), $300 fine

Follow all restrictions on items listed on dumpster (no hazardous waste, no tires, etc)

When leaving the yard, please give right of way to incoming traffic so we don't block Earls Rd

Please use the dumpsters for your everyday business trash, littering will result in a fine. Do not bring your personal items to the dumpsters

No alcohol, drugs, firearms, smoking, flammables on the premises

Do not drive your trucks on Ebenezer Rd, entering or leaving, the county has requested this and the road is restricted and unsafe

No unauthorized repairs in the parking lot
