From I-95:

Take exit 67 for MD-43 E/White Marsh Blvd, go for 2.8 mi

LEFT onto Crossroads Cir, go 0.7 mi

LEFT at T onto Bengies Rd, go 0.3 mi

RIGHT at T onto Earls Rd, go 0.3 mi

Entering / Leaving the Yard
Entering:
- Pullup within safe distance of keypad
- Put in your gate code, then #
- Allow gate to fully open, then slowly enter the facility
- If any issue, call or text 443-785-7537
- You can use our PLFR app to open the gate now!
** Speed Limit is 10 MPH **
** Speeding will result in fine or termination **
** Do NOT block the gate at any time **
** Please allow incoming traffic thru gate 1st **
Leaving:
- Please allow incoming vehicles in 1st, so we do not block Earls Rd
- Pull up to within 3-5 ft of gate, gate will sense vehicles and open
- If leaving on foot, there is a keypad on the side of the building, can open gate using exit code (your normal code will not work) - check your rental instructions for the current code or text/call 443-785-7537 for a current exit code
Finding Your Spot & Parking
- Speed limit is 10MPH, if exceed, fines or termination
- ALL SPACES ARE ASSIGNED - if park in wrong space,
you will be towed
- Space numbers are painted on concrete blocks
- Painted yellow lines are edges of the space
- Back up carefully and fully within your assigned space
- Park your vehicles only in your space
- If someone is in your space, call us and send a photo

Parking Lot Rules

Please read your license agreement, it has a more thorough and complete list of rules that you agree to if you have space with us.

Speed limit is 10 MPH. We will fine ($50) or terminate the license holder for speeding.

If dumpster is full, do NOT put any items in the dumpster that will stick over the top of dumpster AT ALL (not even cardboard), $300 fine.

Follow all restrictions on items listed on dumpster (no hazardous waste, no tires, etc).

When leaving the yard, please give right of way to incoming traffic so we don't block Earls Rd.

Please use the dumpsters for your everyday business trash, littering will result in a significant fine. Do not bring your personal items to the dumpsters.

No alcohol, drugs, firearms, smoking, flammables on the premises.

Do not drive your trucks on Ebenezer Rd, entering or leaving, the county has requested this and the road is restricted and unsafe.

Used tires may not be left in the yard or there will be a fine. Please properly dispose.

You are responsible for the actions of anyone you let in the yard or share your code with. Do not share your access code.

We allow reasonable maintenance and repairs, but you are responsible for the cleanliness and cleanup of all your maintenance and repairs in the parking lot. This right may be revoked if the Facility is not properly respected.
